Till now it was difficult to give access to your AdSense account to others even if the other person was your business associate or partner. Today Google announced the ‘Good News’ that this most requested feature has been added to the AdSense interface.
This means more than one person can now sign in and manage the account. Your partner or a trusted employee can now login and generate reports, manage payments, and also generate codes. The best part with this feature is you can also change the login settings of your Google Account that is linked to your AdSense account.
As of now Google supports two types of users. One is the Administrator and the other is the Standard user. From now on both the users can access the Adsense interface. You as a publisher will be designated as an Administrator. You have the power to invite your colleagues, trusted employees, or partners and designate them as Standard user or as Administrators. In the event you don’t want to extend this privilege to someone you can go back and change the settings so that the other person cannot login to the AdSense account.
However, there are certain conditions that have to be met. The person you designate as an authorized person to access AdSense account should have a verified Google Account login which is not linked to any other AdSense account. Google on its part makes it very clear that they are not liable for any sort of mediation in case of disputes arising out of such access. Therefore it is inevitable that you chose the person you want to invite to access the AdSense account login carefully.
