Google to offer Ad Group Mobile Bid Adjustments feature in Enhanced Campaigns

Google has announced that it will introduce ad group mobile bid adjustments by the middle of May 2013 for all users using enhanced campaigns.The ad group mobile bid adjustment feature will allow you to set a mobile bid adjustment on ad group levels. While enhanced campaigns already lets you reach out to your target market by way of ads based on their intent and context, this new feature will help you save money with precise bids.

Ad group mobile bid adjustments can be especially useful if you manage campaigns on a large scale and have discovered that you need bid adjustments for specific keywords within that enhanced campaign. Google states that the exact date of availability of the ad group mobile bid adjustment feature will be announced on its developer blog and that API access will be available at the beginning of May 2013. The company will also start to automatically upgrade all AdWords campaigns to enhanced campaigns from July 22, 2013.
